[牙齒矯正札記]D-8 我在此宣布，水餃是矯正器的敵人!!!!!!! 原本以為這種澱粉裡面有肉有菜的食物， 也算的上營養均衡，而且也沒有肉塊菜梗， 應該可以當作固定飲食， 但當餃皮+絞肉+碎蔥全部卡進矯正器縫隙裡後， 我恨死水餃了!!!!!!! (清理的時間比吃的時間還久阿......)
